El Paso High School Circus, 1940

When the Pantagraph reporter, William Denzer, visited El Paso to cover the upcoming circus, it was the girls that he photographed. The theme of the circus that year had something to do with sports activities and the girls were all modeling the clothing associated with each sport. Who knew that such a vast wardrobe was needed for sporting activity!
