Building permits were frequently noted in the Pantagraph. I am sure I have not found them all, but I continue to search. This is merely a list of the building permits, with either the name of the person who was building the house or the name of the contractor, the date of the permit, the address and other information that may have appeared. The information in the parentheses is information I added from other sources. There is a separate page for 1928 -- I found a Pantagraph article about the entire year after completing this page.
