Vandals on Vale

On this date a complaint was made to the police of 4 or 5 boys living on Vale Street. They were throwing rocks on that street, pulled the trolley off the wire (!) and "were otherwise disorderly." These boys were easily identified and their parents contacted. The parents promised that these boys would not be any further trouble.
